Opening activity

The bank of America is considering cutting 10 percent of its workforce. They have discussed getting rid of 40,000 employees. That is about 14 percent of its 288,000 total staff members. The bank has already cut over 6,000 jobs this year as a part of reorginization. Announced that two key officers will be leaving and will be promoting two others to share the role. Said that most the job cuts mad on the consumer side.
